Railpen is an investment management firm and Occupational Pension Scheme (OPS) member, whose sole client is the Railway Pension Trustee Company Ltd. Railway Pension Investments Ltd (Railpen) is authorised by the FSA as an investment management firm and Occupational Pension Scheme (OPS) member, whose sole client is the Railways Pension Trustee Company Ltd (RPTCL). Railpen carries out its OPS activities through its competent and experienced staff who are overseen by an experienced board of directors and senior management team. Railpen's long term strategy includes responding to changes in the structure of the UK railways industry in respect of asset management.
